This wine is produced from organically-grown Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the vineyards of the Villa Cordevigo estate, in Cavaion Veronese. It matures in small stainless steel tanks. This Chardonnay has an intense straw yellow colour. Floral and fruity aromas of pineapple in particular, with hints of mint and appealing mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh zesty and tangy. Wonderful on its own or perfect with white meats, salads, fish and sea food.
